In a sign that the days of working from home could be numbered, two major companies have ordered Aussie workers back into the office full time.

Dell and Flight Centre have joined a growing list of big brand names who want more face time with their staff.

On a day to day basis, recruitment expert Graham Wynne told Yahoo Finance.

People have to accept it is going to happen, and we certainly seeing a huge decrease in the number of companies offering jobs with work from home or hybrid opportunities.

While businesses are pushing for a return to the office, workers aren't as keen, with a Yahoo Finance poll of more than 3200 people revealing 69% would leave their jobs if their work from home perks ended.
