DAVE BRIGGS: All right, the new developments now in the Twitter-Elon Musk saga. The Wall Street Journal reporting that the two sides could reach a deal by Monday. And right now, the talks are focused on financing and litigation. That timeline would also avert a deposition from Elon Musk, which had been delayed until then. The goal, it appears, from both sides is to stay the Delaware Chancery Court trial, which is slated to start on October 17. In a court filing, Elon Musk says the deal could close on or around October 28.
