How an Aussie family business empowered a workforce living with a disability

GG's Flowers and Hampers is a small business based in Canberra built by the Wijewickrema family to empower people living with a disability via meaningful employment.

The move was inspired by Gayana, one of the Wijewickrema daughters who was born with Down Syndrome. Today, GG's is a well-known, bustling social enterprise in the ACT.
