Activision Blizzard stock jumps on positive regulation news

RACHELLE AKUFFO: All right, shares of Activision Blizzard seeing a jump this morning on positive news overseas. A UK regulator announcing it no longer believes Microsoft's plan to purchase the video game company poses a threat to competition in the console gaming space. But it's not yet a done deal. The $75 billion acquisition still faces legal opposition from the US Federal Trade Commission. We're keeping an eye on that. But at least for now, the stock up more than 4 and 1/2%.
