Chrysler parent Stellantis STLAM.MI filed a federal lawsuit against the United Auto Workers, saying the union has violated its contract by threatening to strike over the company’s delays in planned investment.
Thursday afternoon, RBC analyst Tom Narayan downgraded shares of Stellantis to Hold from Buy. His price target went to $14.30 a share from $18.70.
