FlexCare replaces Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) – new name, but same expert factory service and variety of tailored vehicle protection products
WASHINGTON/DETROIT (Reuters) -Chrysler parent Stellantis said on Monday it has filed eight additional lawsuits against the United Auto Workers and 23 local units, saying the union has violated its contract by threatening to strike over the company's delays in planned investments. Stellantis had filed suit on Thursday against the UAW and UAW Local 230 in Los Angeles over the union's decision to take a strike authorization vote, saying it violates terms of the contract reached last fall. UAW members at Stellantis’ Los Angeles parts distribution center on Thursday voted to request strike authorization if the company and union can’t settle a grievance over planned company investments.
Without more clarity on how Stellantis can recover and reshape its strategic targets, current levels aren’t sufficiently attractive, and we maintain our Market Perform rating....We still lack critical information on how the group intends to reduce inventories, what impact the inevitable price cuts will have on future model pricing, and how Stellantis is burning through €10 billion of cash in the second-half 2024 bridge. Waste Management is the largest solid waste and recycling provider in North America, with an industry-leading footprint of collection and disposal assets. As disposal capacity becomes increasingly scarce, we expect price-led growth to continue, given the company’s vertically integrated operations and leading-edge pricing algorithms.
