Noor Financial Investment Company – KPSC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the investment and financial worldwide. The company provides public placement and private placement advisory services; wealth management services; and transaction based advisory services, including business valuations, portfolio valuation, purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment, as well as strategic financial advisory, including merger and acquisition transactions, restructurings, business modeling, change of control, going private, management buyout, and public private partnerships. It also provides investment advisory and portfolio solutions; and invests in local and international equities, public and private equity markets and real estate opportunities, as well as listed equities and financial products. In addition, the company operates Amman International Airport Hotel, a 4-stars hotel, as well as provides hospitality services and management of third-party hospitality businesses; owns and manages residential and commercial properties; provides maintenance for residential and commercial complex, entertainment centers, hotels, and tourist facilities; develops, leases, and operates real estate properties; and provides information technology solutions and services, including Oracle, Cloud, ERP and Kiosk solutions, CMS/DMS and archiving, software development and integration, manpower outsourcing and recruitment, printers and copiers consumables, and maintenance and training services to a variety of institutions in sectors.
