    ING publishes agenda and proxy materials for 2024 AGM ING today published the agenda and proxy materials for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday 22 April 2024. The agenda includes the proposals to reappoint Juan Colombás, Herman Hulst and Harold Naus for a second term of four years to the Supervisory Board.
