Bruker Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
BILLERICA, Mass., May 30, 2024--Bruker Corporation ("Bruker" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: BRKR) today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten registered public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock. Additionally, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of its common stock. The offering is expected to close on or about May 31, 2024, subject to market and other customary closing conditions.
