It also has an option agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Killer Bore exploration concession located in Queensland, Australia. The company was formerly known as Azincourt Resources Inc. and changed its name to Vendetta Mining Corp. in July 2010. Vendetta Mining Corp. was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
