Description

China Vanke Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the development and sale of properties in the Mainland China, Hong Kong, and internationally. The company operates through Property Development and Property Management segments. It develops residential buildings, retail properties, and commercial offices. The company also provides property management and related services to purchasers and tenants of its own developed residential properties, shopping arcades, and office buildings, as well as to properties developed by external property developers; and undertakes construction contracts. In addition, it is involved in logistics and warehousing, food, hotel and resort, tourism, cultivation, education, and housing rental businesses, as well as provision of commercial complex management services. The company was incorporated in 1984 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China.
