Inflation is sitting with us at the table with food prices at their highest level in years. Two thirds of Brits believe that current rates of inflation are biting into their food choices and culinary habits according to new research by Readly, the digital magazine and newspaper app. The research shows how people are responding to this economic challenge in the supermarket, in the kitchen and eating out as they compromise between food for taste, health and cost savings.
Two thirds of Brits (67%) will be gardening or tending to plants this season with the top priorities being growing fruits and vegetables in kitchen gardens, planting 'low cost' flowers and plants and gardening 'maintenance'. Preparing gardens so they are 'party ready' is also top of the agenda.
New figures from digital magazine and newspaper app Readly show that two thirds of people (69 percent) believe it is important that their reading habits are climate friendly and over half of people (56 percent) are reading magazines digitally because they believe it is 'a sustainable choice' and 'good for the environment'.
