The best deals in Woolworths’ Australia Day sale

Australia Day is just hours away, but there’s still time to snag a deal with Woolworths’ slashing prices on hundreds of products.

Meats, dips, drinks, chips and seafood are all on sale with some items up to 50 per cent off.

We’ve found the best last-minute deals.

Those throwing a barbeque can pick up two packets of Woolworths brand sausages for $12. They’re usually priced at $8 each.

And if you’re keen for some cheesy goodness, Tasmanian Heritage has a range of cheeses on sale for half price. You could pick up an ash brie for $5.90.

Selected CC’s and Smiths Chips are also half price, down to $1.65 and $1.75 respectively, for those in a snacking mood.

Thirsty? Schweppes four-packs are now half-price, meaning you can save $2.90.

And if you have to satisfy a crowd, cases of VB are down to $56 from $67.

Woolworths Tiger Prawns are now $4 cheaper per kilo, down to $27 from $31.

And if you need to cool off, Snickers and Mars icecream bars are half price to $4.25.
