Woolworths drops prices on 450 grocery staples
Aussie families could save more than $700 on their groceries.
Woolworths is dropping prices on more than 450 winter essentials in-store and online, including chicken, corned beef, soup, pasta and oats
The discounts are part of the supermarket’s latest seasonal Prices Dropped campaign and will run from May 24 until August 22.
Woolworths said the price drops are worth more than $700 across the full basket of products and will save the average shopper 19 per cent off their grocery bill.

Woolworths Supermarkets managing director Natalie Davis said there were a wide range of products on sale, including staples, fresh vegetables and a few treats.
“We know value is more important than ever for our customers who are looking for more ways to save when shopping for the family meals,” Davis said.
“That’s why we’re dropping the prices on key staples and products we know our customers are buying this season to help their budgets go further.”

Latina Filled Pasta 625g - was $11, now $8.50 each
D’Orsogna Shortcut Bacon 1kg - was $19.50, now $13
Golden Crumpets Squares 6pk 425g - was $4.90, now $3.50
