Wild-card recap: Browns & Bills vanquish playoff demons, Doug Pederson fired

Fans of the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns can breathe a sigh of relief, their teams have now won a playoff game in this millennium (sorry Lions & Bengals fans).
