Where is the ‘who is she?’ TikTok song from?

A sped-up remix of a 19-year-old English song has become the soundtrack to this transformation challenge.

The synth-pop duo I Monster’s 2003 song “Who is She?” has become a go-to to show off before-and-afters on TikTok. The user @wfenc added the remix to a fan cam of the character Love from Netflix’s You. The haunting tune simply asks, “Who is she?”

Women are using the confidence-affirming track to show how they’ve grown and changed over the years. The song has been used in over 219,000 videos so far.

McKenna Grace highlighted her progress a month after undergoing spine surgery. The video racked up 16 million views and 3.2 million likes.

The 19-year-old user @liza.sp proudly revealed how she rocked her hair loss after chemotherapy.

TikToker @berna_tsn showed off how confident she felt trying on a jilbab for the first time.

Influencer Amber Pot revealed how using oils on her hair for about a year helped it recover from damage.
