Wait, why did we all stop shopping at Claire’s?

Our team is dedicated to finding and telling you more about the products and deals we love. If you love them too and decide to purchase through the links below, we may receive a commission. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

Quick overview

The other day, I was seriously struggling while shopping (in real life, if you can believe it) for the perfect black hair bow to complete an outfit I had planned for a birthday party. Hopeless and in need of an iced coffee, I spotted the familiar nostalgic purple signage of Claire’s and, though I was not expecting much, found the perfect black bow immediately.

I did successfully find the bow, but I also found something even better: A powerful resurgence in my deep love for the ear-piercing hub of our youth. While the bow itself only cost $3.99, I walked out with over $50 of goods because, like us, Claire’s has evolved.

But why did we, as a generation, stop shopping at Claire’s? Was it because we were told that we “grew” up” or something? Was it because we owned enough pairs of neon rubber spikey studs? Or, maybe, we all stopped shopping at Claire’s because we are all fools who didn’t appreciate what we had when we had it.

Well, here are just a handful of current trends and accessories you can currently buy at Claire’s:

I mean, there is a reason we used to salivate over this store. As you can see in the below TikTok, the vibes at Claire’s are still immaculate.

After my very successful experience at Claire’s, I think it’s time for us to make Claire’s a thing again. Even though mall culture all but died over the last decade, you can still shop at Claire’s online. Not only are the products always on sale, but the site itself is super user-friendly and rivals Nordstrom.com.
