West Ham vs Tottenham: Prediction, kick off time, TV, live stream, team news, h2h results today

West Ham welcome Tottenham to the London Stadium on Sunday for a huge clash in the race for European football.

A pair of wins have shot Nuno Espirito Santo’s side back into the top five and the Portuguese coach took the decision to leave his starting XI at home for Thursday’s Europa Conference League defeat at Vitesse Arnhem.

David Moyes took a more mix-and-match approach as the Hammers grew their confidence further with a cruise past Genk. The win followed a vital three points at Everton, the perfect answer to the pre-international break loss at home to Brentford.

Both sides, or in Spurs’ case their senior stars, have successfully bounced back from disappointing results of late and thus this is a true litmus test of their top-six credentials.

West Ham vs Tottenham prediction

Spurs are well rested and on a bit of a winning run in the league. That said, they struggled in their two most recent matches with West Ham who are showing that last season was no anomaly. Neither attack has fully fired in recent weeks so perhaps these two teams will cancel each other out.

A 1-1 draw.

Head to head (h2h) history and results

Familiar opponents over the years, the Hammers won their last meeting at London Stadium but have historically been second-best.

West Ham wins: 65

Draw: 53

Tottenham wins: 98
