The " Fast Money " traders dished on the best stock plays in the fast casual dining and food space.

Tim Seymour highlighted Darden Restaurants (NYSE: DRI) which operates the Olive Garden and Bahama Breeze. Because of the current overall market environment, Seymour liked the stock partly due to its strong dividend yield.

Steve Grasso picked McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) as a value play.

Brian Kelly liked DineEquity (NYSE: DIN), the company behind Applebee's and IHOP, especially if there's a pullback in its stock price.

And, Guy Adami chose J.M. Smucker (NYSE: SJM), citing its solid valuation.
