TikToker transforms herself into Princess Diana: ‘I GASPED’
TikToker or Princess Diana? One influencer has commenters in a frenzy with her uncanny resemblance to the late royal.
Rose Nora Anna, better known by users as @70srose, is a Dutch influencer with 1.6 million followers. Typically seen in bright hues and bold prints, she draws sartorial inspiration from trends of the ’60s and ’70s.
In mid-February, however, she posted a video on the platform where she transformed into the late, beloved royal Diana, Princess of Wales. The video, though just 9 seconds long, sees Rose looking at the camera. After a few moments, she turns her head and the miraculous transition occurs.
Suddenly, she is sporting Princess Diana’s signature feathered shag and a blue chiffon gown, which was made by “royal dressmaker” Ryan Jude Novelline (@rjnovelline).
In a follow-up clip, Rose twirls in her dress — which is actually a recreation of the Catherine Walker creation the Princess wore to the 1987 Cannes Film Festival — while lip-syncing to “Uptown Girl” by Billy Joel.

Posted less than a week ago, Rose’s video already has 5 million views, 1.2 million likes and 3,701 comments. Needless to say, TikTokers are completely shook.

“PRINCESS DIANA??” commented @ily.ll.i.
“BUT HONESTLY IN SOME PERSPECTIVES SHE REAAAALLLLYYYY LOOKS LIKE DIANA,” said @Is.phone.
“Pls walk outside Buckingham palace,” said @oliviatozier.
According to Rose, her Princess Diana cosplay was due to a “big project” she filmed in her honor.
Although the Princess is gone, she’s never forgotten. With influencers like Rose, who use their platforms to honor her, Diana’s memory will continue to live on — beautifully, at that.
