Omegle user screams trying to alert stranger about figure behind her: 'Stop, that's so scary'

A prankster on TikTok has created the modern version of irrationally checking behind the shower curtain to make sure no one’s there. This time, though, it’s turning around on a video call to make sure you’re still alone.

Zack Ford and Braylan Kidder partnered up to scare some unsuspecting people on Omegle, the online chat website that randomly pairs users in a one-to-one chat.

It all started when Ford went viral on TikTok for a terrifying makeover that he wore to freak out Omegle users.

A user commented on that video and told Ford: “Get a friend to go on Omegle then pop up in the background and see how the people react lmao.”

Decked out in fake teeth, black contact lenses, a messy wig and heavily powdered makeup, Ford played along with the dare and had Kidder randomly match with people on Omegle while he popped up in the background. To add an extra level of creepy to the Omegle users, Kidder pretended she didn’t see him in the background.

“What the f*** is behind you?” the first girl asks Kidder. “Stop, that’s so scary.”

“They are on your bed!” a second victim shouts. “Don’t go over there!”

One girl even screams out loud after Kidder pretends she can’t see the mysterious face in the background.

The video racked up over 9 million views and whether or not the Omegle users were scarred after being part of the experiment, TikTok absolutely loved it and people were calling for more videos.

“Literally that was scary,” one user wrote.

“Not me pulling my blanket back on me…” another added.
