The Sydney suburb tipped to grow 17% next year
Property prices are expected to slow next year, with most of the Big Four banks predicting a rise of around 7 per cent.
But that doesn't mean there won't still be areas of massive growth. In fact, the Shore Financial State of Sydney Report has identified Sydney's top housing markets in a range of price points.
Some suburbs could expect double-digit growth, with at least one tipped to increase by as much as 17.4 per cent next year, according to the report.
