Boeing wage talks break off without progress to end strike, union says
"We remain open to talks with the company, either direct or mediated," IAM said in a post on X. Boeing remains committed to resetting its relationship with its represented employees and wants to "reach an agreement as soon as possible," a spokesperson for the company said in an email. Boeing made an improved offer to the striking workers on Monday that it described as its "best and final", which would give workers a 30% raise over four years and restored a performance bonus, but the union said a survey of its members found that was not enough.

Moments later, the meteorologist was pictured striding back towards the camera with the woman clung to his back.

TD Bank nears possible guilty plea in money laundering probe, WSJ reports
TD Bank and the U.S. Department of Justice did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment. The bank said at the time it had invested over C$500 million ($400 million) in program remediation and platform enhancements as it had been subject to regulatory probes over its money-laundering compliance program in Canada and the United States. U.S. authorities have alleged that TD was reckless in failing to build and maintain systems to prevent money laundering, the Journal said.
