Sucrogen CEO quits

North Queensland's biggest sugar processor, Sucrogen, is looking for a new boss after the resignation of current chief executive Ian Glasson.

No announcement on a replacement has been made, but general manager Craig Doyle is expected to oversee operations in the interim.

Mr Glasson presided over the company's de-merger from CSR in 2010.

He will finish up in his role as CEO in February next year.
