WBC - WESTPAC - up 49 cents, or 1.7 per cent, to $29.61

Westpac shares are up 18 per cent on the year and at their highest level since August 2018.

SUNDANCE ENERGY - down seven cents, or 26.9 per cent, to 19 cents

The South Texas-based fracking specialist is proposing to delist from the ASX and and re-domicile from Australia to the US.

Its primary listing would become the NASDAQ, where it currently has a secondary listing.

DEV - DEVEX RESOURCES - up 1.5 cents, or 25 per cent, to 7.5 cents

The mining exploration company says fieldwork at its Junee Copper-Gold project in Lachlan Ford Belt in the Riverina region of NSW has enhanced the prospects of finding a large-scale vein of copper and gold.

SIV - SILVER CHEF - up 0.5 cents, or 0.8 per cent, to 66 cents

Next Capital has made another bid for the troubled rent-try-buy catering equipment company, offering $15 million for its hospitality assets.

The offer would leave Silver Chef with its GoGetta equipment finance business, which it is winding down.

Brisbane-based Blue Stamp Company, which owns 20 per cent of SIV shares, defeated Next Capital's prior proposal and is instead proposing to recapitalise the business with a $60 million equity raising.

SPT - SPLITIT - up two cents, or 3.8 per cent, to 54.5 cents

The Israeli buy now, pay later company has reached an agreement with Shaked Partners Fund for up to $US8 million ($A11.6m) in capital.

HFR - HIGHFIELD RESOURCES - flat at 80 cents

Highfield has signed a non-binding memorandum with Ameropa AG for up to 250,000 metric tonnes of potash from its Muga potash mine in Spain.

QUB - QUBE LOGISTICS - down one cent, or 0.3 per cent, to $3.25

Qube Logistics has completed its compulsory acquisition of all Chalmers Limited shares, and shares of the logistics company will now be delisted from the ASX.
