WBC - WESTPAC - down 33 cents, or 1.3 per cent, to $24.44

Westpac on Sunday released a statement outlining its response plan to AUSTRAC's legal action amid allegations its LitePay service was used to make payments related to child exploitation, with chairman Lindsay Maxsted saying the bank was "determined to urgently fix (the) issues".

These new commitments - which include closing LitePay, lifting standards through priority screening,and investing in initiatives to reduce the human impact of financial crime - will incur an extra $80 million pre-tax expense in FY20.

APT - AFTERPAY TOUCH - up $2.15, or 7.1 per cent, to $32.64

An external audit into Afterpay has largely backed the buy now, pay later company's compliance with anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing laws.

CTX - CALTEX AUSTRALIA - up $1.94, or 7.0 per cent, to $29.79

The fuels operator says it will launch a property IPO and float a 49 per cent stake in 250 retail sites.

Caltex said it would retain a 51 per cent majority interest in the freehold sites and enter into long-term lease agreements, placing the sites into a property trust that would receive approximately $80million to $100 million in rental payments from Caltex in the first year.

BOT - BOTANIX PHARMACEUTICALS - up 0.5 cents, or 4.8 per cent, to 11 cents

The US Drug Enforcement Administration has notified Botanix's partner Purisys that the synthetic cannabidiol produced by Purisys and used by Botanix is no longer scheduled as a controlled substance, greatly simplifying Botanix's cost overheads around manufacturing, storing and shipping its products.

Executive chairman and president Vince Ippolito said the move would make a major difference to the speed of developing its products and greatly reduce the risk and costs of clinical development.

JIN - JUMBO INTERACTIVE - down 65 cents, or 3.1 per cent, to $20.34
