Springtime mocktail recipes that will quench your thirst

When springtime starts to bloom, it’s time to exchange those warm and steamy mocktails for something cool and refreshing. And while outdoor happy hours may be coming out of hibernation, you don’t need alcohol for your drink to be in season. If you’re looking for a delicious mocktail that’s as fresh as a daisy, TikTok has you covered. Here are five refreshing springtime mocktail recipes for your next garden party.

What is inflation and what causes it?

1. Non-alcoholic strawberry negroni

Fresh strawberries are the key ingredient for this mocktail. Begin by adding ice, non-alcoholic dry gin, non-alcoholic Campari and non-alcoholic sweet vermouth to a mixing glass. Next, pour in sliced, macerated strawberries and stir. Strain the mocktail into a glass with ice, and garnish with a strawberry slice.

2. Non-alcoholic tequila sunrise mocktail

This mocktail is peak #aesthetic. First, add orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a mixing glass. Next, add ice in a separate glass, followed by the juice medley. Then pour some grenadine over a spoon to ensure that the syrup evenly sinks to the bottom, creating a sunrise gradient. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim of the glass, and enjoy!

3. Non-alcoholic carrot boost mocktail

Get your daily dose of vegetables with this mocktail. Start by adding fresh carrot juice, ginger juice, simple syrup, lemon juice and a few ice cubes to a shaker. Once shaken, strain the mix into a glass with ice shavings. Then top with ginger ale. Garnish with a folded carrot strip, an herb sprig and an edible flower for a bit of whimsy.

4. Non-alcoholic Moscow mule mocktail

This non-alcoholic Moscow mule looks like something out of a fairy tale. First, muddle blackberries, mint and half of a lime in a glass. Next, pour in agave and top with ice cubes, followed by ginger beer. Gently stir. Then garnish with mint leaves before serving.

5. Non-alcoholic pomegranate mojito mocktail

The historical connection between springtime and pomegranates manifests itself in the form of this mocktail. Start by adding lime juice and mint leaves to a tall glass. Next, gently muddle the mint with the lime juice. Then pour in some pomegranate juice, followed by simple syrup and a few ice cubes. Stir, then top with sparkling water. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves before serving.
