However, I love that you only have to wear them for 15 minutes a day and they dissolve in your mouth. That means you don’t have to set a timer and you can even go to bed with them in. They don’t taste bad either. In fact, they have a slightly minty flavor.
Really, there are no downsides. I’ve tried a lot of different teeth whitening products and professional treatments, and I love that this one just becomes part of my bedtime routine. After washing my face and brushing my teeth, I apply these and go to bed. I’ve been using them for about a week now and I definitely notice a difference, too.
You can use these Fast Dissolving Teeth Whitening Strips for seven days to complete one treatment, once a week for regular maintenance, do a treatment once a month or use them for touch-ups whenever needed. If you have really stubborn stains, they’re also safe enough to use for 14 days straight.
The brand claims after using them for a week, users can expect to see their teeth get up to nine shades whiter, but that some may see results in as few as three days.
