Yahoo Finance Selling $43 bathwater: This 19-year-old’s new side hustle
Cosplaying is a growing side-hustle, with some cosplayers even drawing their full income from the dress-up gig.
But, if it’s not your full-time job, it can be extremely costly to fork out for costumes, conferences and film premieres.
One cosplayer notorious for posting not-safe-for-work content, Belle Delphine, has successfully made a living from dressing up (or dressing down) as a gamer on Instagram.
Earlier this year, Delphine made headlines for trolling her male fans with a misleading PornHub account, and now she’s done it again.
Two days ago, Delphine let her fans know that she would now be offering something I never knew others wanted to buy: bathwater.
The product name is officially GamerGirl Bath Water, and it’s on sale for US$30 (AU$43).
“I am now selling my BATH WATER for all you THIRSTY gamer boys. Check out my new shop where im selling stuff for you!!”
While some of her male fans were excited at the opportunity, others were pretty revolted by the idea.
“Everyday we stray further and further away from God,” one Instagram user commented.
“Gross,” another wrote.
Others were impressed by the teen’s idea.
“Belle is smart.”
Unfortunately, the bathwater is currently out of stock.
