Royal Fans Will Lose It Over Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's New Portrait

Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry subtly showed off their love for each other in a sweet new portrait shot by their friend Misan Harriman.

The new photo, posted to Twitter by Harriman today, captures a tender moment between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex during their appearance at the One Young World conference in early September.

The couple stand side by side, with Harry gently holding Meghan's hand. The duchess wears a bright-red look courtesy of sustainable brand Another Tomorrow. The vibrant ensemble is composed of a long-sleeved silk blouse, which features a matching torso-length tie knotted at the neck, and matching straight-leg trousers. Meanwhile, Harry looks suave in a traditional navy suit.

"The Duke & Duchess of Sussex moments before attending the opening ceremony of @OneYoungWorld last month," Harriman captioned the post.

In addition to attending the opening ceremony, the couple also spearheaded a roundtable about gender equality and inclusion for the summit.

Isra Chaker, a young woman who shared an embrace with Meghan during the event, said in a statement to BAZAAR.com, "Participating in the roundtable discussion focused on inclusion, immigrant rights, and gender equality with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was an incredible experience. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to share my personal narrative and the advocacy work I do in support of migrant communities. I am grateful that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex create spaces like this one, to connect with activists, advocates, and leaders creating positive social impact and change."

Meghan and Harry's attendance at One Young World took place just days before the death of Queen Elizabeth II. After Buckingham Palace announced the monarch's passing, the couple extended their stay in the United Kingdom to attend her funeral and join other members of the royal family in the official period of mourning for the monarch.
