Rihanna is many things: a singer, fashion designer, beauty product creator, actress, and now, a landlord.
The popstar recently relocated to London to be closer to her Fenty Beauty empire - and she’s left her three-storey, 660-square metre Hollywood Hills abode behind for us mere mortals to rent, if we can afford it.

Earlier this year, she topped Forbes’ list of the richest female musicians in the world - and now I know why.
If you want to rent the gorgeous Mediterranean-style home, it’ll set you back a whopping US$35,000 (AU$50,000) per month.
But there’s six bedrooms, which means you and five friends would only need to fork out around $8,333 per month - and there’s 10 bathrooms, so you’ll never be waiting to go to the loo.
Listed on The Agency RE, the property is gated, private and has been “updated with high-end systems” including a movie theatre and a fully equipped gym.
There are high ceilings, arched doorways and steel-framed doors throughout.
If you like to cook, the main floor features a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, and you can eat in the adjacent formal dining room.
This one will surely be snapped up in just four or five seconds, but you better work, work, work to afford it.
