Josh Jacobs trolls fantasy managers, says he's sitting out before suiting up vs. Colts
After missing last week’s win over the New York Jets with an ankle injury, Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs was listed as active for Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts.
But the second-year Raiders running back announced to his followers and fantasy managers on Instagram prior to the game that he wouldn’t be on the field.

Jacobs was just kidding
It turned out he was just trolling fantasy players. He didn’t provide much explanation beyond emojis because there wasn’t one. Jacobs suited up and played on the Raiders’ first possession against Indianapolis.
Fantasy managers in a playoff game who took Jacobs for his word surely weren’t laughing along with the Raiders running back. But managers who benched Jacobs may have been better off. Jacobs tallied 49 rushing yards and 25 receiving yards without a score in the Colts’ 44-27 victory.
