So, how far could the average property price actually get you? Yahoo Finance has rounded up a list of houses on the market right now for $750,000 or less.

Sydney
Sydney is the most expensive city in Australia, with the median property ringing it at just over $1 million. So, it’s not that surprising that you’ll have to look a bit further out from the city to find a house at the $750,000 mark.
Over in Ermington, which is about 30 minutes from the CBD, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom villa has hit the property market.
