A bulletproof townhouse in New York and a luxury escape in Cannes are some of the most viewed overseas homes by Brits this year, as per Rightmove's data.
“This year, Britain’s fascination with property overseas has continued, with many buyers making the idea of a move abroad a reality," said Rightmove’s Director of Overseas, Alex Solomon.
"This year’s most viewed homes overseas are some of the most luxurious properties on the market, in some of the world’s most stunning locations.”

5. A home in the Algarve - $2.2m
This five bedroom, six bathroom villa in Portugal is available "is perfect for anyone who just needs some sunshine and sand". It’s close to renowned golf courses, designer shopping outlets and award-winning beaches.
It also has its own kids’ playground, as well as a jacuzzi, swimming pool, and several entertainment spaces.
