Rosenbloom is a culinary school graduate and private chef who shares delicious recipes and illuminating snapshots from her life as a chef on TikTok. She works for Chef Isaac Perlman, owner of Perl Restaurant in Miami, Fla.
Rosenbloom is a versatile chef who is comfortable doing everything from searing the perfect steak to baking a decadent chocolate cake. In a recent video, the talented chef put her cooking skills on full display when she shared a few of the delicious dishes she makes for her clients when she works as a private chef.
The video begins with a shot of Rosenbloom standing in a kitchen, a plate of tacos in front of her. On one side of the counter, there is a large container of guacamole, and on the other sits a tub of chopped onions. Rosenbloom carefully drizzles sauce onto the tacos. Then Rosenbloom uses a pair of tweezers to place a garnish on a tiny piece of avocado toast. “Dishes I make as a private chef,” she shares in a caption.

First up, Rosenbloom showcases her tomato and burrata caprese salad. The chef adds a few basil leaves to a plate full of burrata and tomatoes. A close-up shows that the burrata is sprinkled with coarse-grain salt and pepper, and the tomatoes have been tossed with a dressing. On one side of the plate, there are several pieces of toasted bread.
Next, Rosenbloom reveals her salmon tiradito, which consists of a vibrant leafy green salad and sliced salmon. The salad sits on the center of an oval platter, while bite-sized pieces of salmon cut into triangles line the edges of the plate.
Third, Rosenbloom shows off the first main course she has prepared: A cacio e pepe pasta. Rosenbloom’s cacio e pepe is seasoned with pepper and plenty of cheese, and it looks decadently delicious.
Then, Rosenbloom reveals her steak and lobster dish, which consists of sliced and grilled steak topped with plenty of seasoned lobster meat. Several lemon halves give the entire dish a more vibrant presentation.
Finally, Rosenbloom concludes the video by showing off the lava cakes she has prepared. The single-serving chocolate cakes are topped with ice cream for the perfect balance of flavors.
