Cookware that works well and looks good isn’t always easy to come by. However, GreenPan’s Padova Reserve Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pans fit the bill. The pink and gold-handle cookware set is also now on sale, so that’s a plus.

You can find the luxe set of frying pans for 30% off at Nordstrom, which makes them only $69.99. If that still sounds a little pricey, you should know that they’re reinforced with actual diamonds.

The pans feature the brand’s nonstick Thermolon™ Minerals ceramic coating, which features layers of diamonds to make them incredibly durable, even against high heat and metal utensils. In fact, they’re scratch resistant and you can use them in the oven and broiler, up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The only cooktop they can’t handle is induction.

GreenPan was the first company to introduce ceramic nonstick pans into the world in 2007. Ceramic is allegedly healthier than traditional nonstick cookware, which can contain chemicals like Teflon. The problem is that when Teflon heats to over 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the nonstick coating can begin to deteriorate. According to GreenPan’s product description, its pans don’t contain any PFAS, PFOA, lead or cadmium. “Our cookware won’t release toxic fumes, even when overheated,” it says.

That said, the GreenPan Padova Reserve Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pans are a really good investment. This set specifically includes an 8-inch and a 10-inch frying pan. The brand recommends hand-washing the pans. However, they’re also dishwasher-safe if you’re against it.

Not to mention, the pink and gold colors are very pretty. It’s actually hard to find cookware with gold handles! So if you’re looking for a set to elevate the look of your kitchen, last a really long time and cook meals without the use of chemicals — this is your set.
