Your pets will love this popular property more than you do
Australians love property – and this week, they couldn’t stop looking at this cosy cabin-like home that has enough backyard space to house a few farmyard animals.
According to realestate.com.au, this four-bedroom house in Victoria was the most-viewed property this week by a mile – and, for those who want plenty of backyard space, it’s not hard to see why.

The home on 74-78 Buchanan Road in Berwick, Victoria is roughly 41km away from Melbourne’s CBD, and feels as far away from city living as it gets.
With a generous gravel driveway that can comfortably fit no less than four cars, the house could more accurately be described as a cabin, if the warm wood interior and sloping ceiling is anything to go by.
The four-bedroom house is also perfect for entertaining, and will keep you warm in winter with its fireplace yet comfortably host BBQs during summer on the outdoor entertaining deck.
But the most remarkable thing of all about the house is that it sits on 0.61 hectares of land, and is more backyard than home.
“The backyard is simply huge, with expansive lawn and low maintenance garden,” the property listing read.
It’s perfect for pet owners, who will be able to offer their furry friends more than enough space to run around.
The house is open for inspection today at noon, and goes to auction next month on Saturday 15 January at 11am.
