This four bedroom home, located just 3 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD, was the most viewed property listing this week on one of Australia's biggest real estate websites.

The newly renovated home was last sold in 2019 for just over one million dollars and it looks like the hype hasn’t died.

To get an idea of how much the property might go for, three weeks ago another four bedroom home sold in Goodwood for $2.22 million.

The family home was the most viewed listing on realestate.com.au this week and is set to go to auction today at 2:30pm.

The property has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and enough space for two cars.

The home also has multiple living areas that include a lounge room with a fireplace, a family room with a fireplace and a light-filled dining area.

The listing describes the kitchen as being perfect for a home chef and comes with an instant boiling or sparkling water, while outside there is a built-in pizza oven and a smoker.

Outside is an alfresco area with plenty of space to play the host, and a pool to cool down in the summer months.

A large backyard is ready for the kids to play and there is also a huge shed with a cool room with a stainless steel benchtop and sink with hot water, plus a mezzanine.

There are numerous schools within a 5 kilometre radius and the house is located just a walk away from Goodwood Road shopping precinct, with ample options for dining, retail, or just grabbing a coffee.

It’s a sellers market at the moment, but experts say the upswing in property prices may be reaching its peak.

As more Aussies look to live outside of major cities as working from home has become more mainstream, some economists believe the housing market will see some reprieve.
