Pacific Alliance Bank Declares Cash Dividend of $0.10 per Share

Pacific Alliance Bank (OTC: PFBN) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.10 per share. The dividend will be paid on February 26, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 8, 2021.
