I own tons of Le Creuset — this is the piece I use the most

There was a time in my life when I spent any extra money I had on Le Creuset. It would not be an overstatement to say that I was full-on obsessed with Le Creuset for about two years of my life. The sheer number of Le Creuset items I now own proves it.

Ask people who know me well, and they’ll tell you that my Le Creuset collection is one of my most prized possessions. If my apartment were burning down, I’d definitely grab a Le Creuset dutch oven — or two! — on the way out.

That said, I recently realized that although I own a wide variety of Le Creuset pieces, I tend to use the same one repeatedly Whether I’m boiling water for pasta or making a soup or stew, I always reach for my 2.75-quart Le Creuset Round Dutch Oven.

Because I’m usually only cooking for two, this Dutch Oven really is the perfect size for every meal. I literally use it to make everything from cream of broccoli soup on the stovetop to roast pork shoulder in the oven. Of all the Le Creuset pieces I own, this one definitely gets the most use.

As it turns out, Amazon shoppers agree that this Dutch Oven is a great serving size for smaller families.
