Step 1: Set Up Your Workspace

Lay a drop cloth over your work surface, and place the mirror flat down on the table. Next, put on your safety equipment. This includes your gloves, respirator, and safety goggles.

Step 2: Add Foam

Shake your can of foam, and attach the nozzle. Then, spray your foam design around the perimeter of the mirror. Feel free to get creative with different shapes and patterns! Make sure to fill in all the edges of the mirror with the foam.

Step 3: Spray Water

Use the spray bottle to lightly mist the mirror. This will make the foam cure much faster, according to Tay. After misting, let the foam rest until it’s dry.

Step 4: Paint

Once the foam is dry, it’s time to paint! Using a paint brush, add your own mix of colors and designs to the foam. Tay goes with a colorful zebra pattern, but feel free to take it in any direction you want! (Note: you can also use spray paint, just make sure to cover the mirror with tape before you do.)
