Outcome of Innate Pharma’s 2023 Annual General Meeting

MARSEILLE, France, May 12, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:

Innate Pharma SA (Euronext Paris: IPH; Nasdaq: IPHA) ("Innate" or the "Company") announced the voting results of its shareholders at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which took place on May 12, 2023, in Marseille. All resolutions were voted.

A total of 112 votes were cast out of a total of 36,142,912 shares giving right to 36,618,940 voting rights, representing a quorum of 44.928%.

During the meeting, all seven members of the Supervisory Board who were up for election were re-elected.

The resolutions, the results of the votes and other documents relating to the AGM along with the AGM recording will be available in the Annual General Meeting 2023 section of the Company’s website.
