Notification under Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act: Holdings of Töysän Säästöpankkisäätiö in Oma Savings Bank Plc decreased below 10%

On 2 December 2021, Oma Savings Bank Plc (OmaSp) received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act (FSMA) from Töysän Säästöpankkisäätiö (business ID 01828301), according to which Töysän Säästöpankkisäätiö's holding and voting rights in OmaSp are 9.85%.

According to the announcement, Töysän Säästöpankkisäätiö sr owns 2,970,000 OmaSp shares. As a result of the directed share issue carried out by OmaSp on 30 November 2021, Töysän Säästöpankkisäätiö's holding fell below the flagging limit of 10% and now corresponds to 9.85% of OmaSp's shares and votes.
