Now that we're in November, it's time for much of the league to start looking towards the draft (lookin' at you, Cincinnati) and time for the cream of the crop to start thinking about January.

On this weekend's Sunday Night Freestyle edition of the podcast, Terez Paylor & Charles Robinson open the show with two perennial playoff teams, the Dallas Cowboys & Kansas City Chiefs who lost in fashions likely to portend their doom this January. Fans of these teams may be panicking at the present moment, and maybe they should as yet again, the Chiefs & Cowboys are showing signs that they're talented, but don't necessarily have what it takes to succeed beyond a game or two in January.

After discussing those two losses, Terez & Charles recap the rest of the Week 10 games including the Miami Dolphins' surprising second win, a dominant Green Bay team and Oakland's Thursday night win and very favorable second-half schedule.
