New data from the UK’s biggest property website Rightmove reveals the homes that were most viewed in February.

Rightmove’s property expert, Tim Bannister, said: “From a renovated apartment featured in a hit BBC show, to a property where you can walk straight onto the beach, here are the homes people were looking at the most last month on Rightmove.”

1. Amanda Holden & Alan Carr’s renovation home, €145,000

This two-bedroom Sicilian apartment was the subject of the hit BBC property show Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job.

In the show Amanda Holden and Alan Carr each bought a derelict apartment in the gorgeous Sicilian town of Salemi for €1 each.

Viewers tuned in each week to watch Holden wielding a sledgehammer or getting stuck in with a paintbrush.

4. An immaculate mansion in Yorkshire, £4.8m
