Yahoo Finance Mom painlessly removes baby’s Band-Aids using a simple hack: ‘So happy I found this’
A baby’s skin is more sensitive and delicate than that of an adult. In fact, it’s quite literally thinner. That can make babies more prone to scrapes, rashes and irritation. Every parent wants to handle their child’s skin with care.
Z’Anni is a mother of two who shares parenting advice on TikTok. She gave her 40,000 followers a helpful hack for removing Band-Aids from infant skin without causing any ouches or tears.

“Want to take your baby’s bandaid off without tears and residue? I gotcha,” Z’Anni said. “All you need is petroleum jelly or oil and Q-tips.”
The mother applied a thick coat of petroleum jelly to two of her son’s Band-Aids, which were on his thigh, just above his knee. She let the petroleum sink in for one to two minutes. Then the Band-Aids just seemed to glide right off without sticking to the little boy’s skin.
This baby hack racked up 1.8 million views on TikTok. Some adults could relate to Z’Anni’s trick for infants a little too much.
