Menulog's huge cost-of-living measure to help millions of Aussies
The food delivery service is wiping the delivery fee on all orders over $20 for the next 100 days.
Menulog has announced a cost-of-living measure to help customers save a precious few dollars when ordering takeaway. The platform will waive the delivery fee on all orders for the next 100 days.
You just need to enter the code FREEDOM100 when you're at the checkout for orders over $20 and the price will be revised to delete the delivery fee for more than three months. The offer will extend to all of Menulog's partners.
Depending on which retailer you pick, the delivery fee can sometimes reach $10.

Simon Cheng, Marketing Director at Menulog Australia, said the offer has been designed as a "thank you" to all customers who have used their service even when times have been tough lately.
“The news of Menulog’s mammoth offering comes as cost of living continues to tighten Australian budgets, with every dollar making a difference to households," he said.
"The 100-day offer will support Aussies right through to the busy holiday season, giving them some much-needed peace of mind as they navigate the plethora of gifts, sales and family get-togethers typical of the time."

The offer comes as Menulog launched its Delivery Pass feature, which allows users to skip delivery fees until the pass expires.
The free offer can be found in the rewards section of the app.
It activates for qualifying customers 24 hours after you make an order and you can use it as much as you like while it's active.
"Our new Delivery Pass feature is designed to provide our customers with more flexibility, cost savings and freedom to enjoy the things they love," Cheng added.
“We want to be a helping hand, because we recognise the power of delivery in providing convenience for all Australians, no matter what they are in the mood for.”
Competitor Uber has a similar feature, which forgoes delivery fees and offers perks like a $5 credit for late arrivals for a monthly charge of $9.99.
