Despite lockdown order’s in place, this Melbourne home had the highest sold price in Australia over the weekend as it went under the hammer.

The Kew mansion sold for $6.52 million despite starting with a $5.8-$6.2 million price guide.

Selling agents Jamie Mi and Sam Wilkinson from Kay & Burton set up an online auction for the four storey home to ensure everyone was in keeping with the state’s newest lockdown orders.
