This Melbourne apartment just slashed $10 million off its price-tag
An East-Melbourne apartment with views of Fitzroy Gardens and a whopping 1,400-square metres of space has shed $10 million off its price-tag.
The Clarendon Street apartment was listed for an eye-watering $46 million earlier this year, but the price guide now states between $36 million and $36.9 million. That’s $33.7 million over the median house price, which is $2.3 million.

If the apartment does sell for the asking price, it will be the highest apartment sale price by over $10 million, knocking a $25 million Melbourne penthouse off the top spot.
The Clarendon Street apartment
The level 11 apartment boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms and four car spaces.
It has an open-plan kitchen and living area, Miele appliances, triple oven and a walk-in butlers pantry.
The master bedroom has north and east-facing views, a huge walk-in wardrobe and each bedroom features an ensuite.
If that wasn’t enough, the apartment features a private cinema, bar and meditation room.
