Manchester United will be expecting to continue their Premier League title challenge as they host Sheffield United tonight.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are unbeaten in the Premier League since losing to Arsenal way back at the start of November and victory over rivals Liverpool in the FA Cup at the weekend will only have added to their momentum.

United face a potentially tricky trip to the Gunners next up at the weekend so will be desperate to keep their run going by taking three points against the Premier League’s bottom side.

The Blades, however, have shown signs of improvement in winning three of their last four matches in all competitions, albeit two of those against lower league opposition in the FA Cup.

Manchester united vs Sheffield United is schedule for an 8:15pm kick-off today, January 27, 2021.

The match will be played behind closed doors at Old Trafford because of current coronavirus restrictions.

Manchester United will have Eric Bailly back in contention after he missed the cup win over Liverpool but Marcus Rashford is a doubt after picking up a knock in that game.

“Marcus felt his knee but we'll have to do a scan,” manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed. “Hopefully, it's not too bad but we'll see tomorrow.”

Prediction: Man United 3-0 Sheffield United

Chris Wilder’s men have indeed shown signs of improvement in recent weeks but United, along with rivals Manchester City, are just about the form team in the country at the moment. It’s hard to look past a comfortable home win.
